Prequalification
For each individual applying, submit the preliminary information in the form below, then attach W-2s and pay stubs for 2 months to an email to realtytrust.leasing@gmail.com for Mortgage Prequalification.
Prime Origination
Prime Origination is brokered for borrowers with an average credit score of 700, a minimum of 15 percent down payment, and funds to cover closing and title insurance.
FHA
FHA is available for those who are first time home buyers. A minimum credit score of 620 is required to qualify for this loan.
Subprime
Borrowers with credit scores below 640 or with past bankruptcy or with less than 15 percent down payment may choose to borrow with an adjustable or fixed rate.
